Все наши номера выходят в сад и оборудованы отдельными ванными комнатами с феном и туалетами,
инверторными кондиционерами Бесплатный Wifi, спутниковое телевидение,
городской телефон, индивидуальный сейф, мини бар.
Завтрак Буфет: 23 € с человека или включен в стоимость номера ** (25 € для нерезидентов)
Дети с родителями до 7 лет: предлагается
Городской налог: 3,02€ в день с человека.
Заселение в номера с 15.00 и освобождение не позже полудня.
Расстояние до вокзала SNCF - 1 км. По запросу организация трансферов в аэропорт Ниццы и вертодром Монако.
Частные морские экскурсии из отеля (заказ 48 часов).
**Цена в Евро, включая НДС и обслуживание, за исключением периода Конгрессов (смотрите ниже) и наличия свободных номеров.
При проживании более 14 ночей: промежуточная законопроект устанавливается каждые 7 дней.

Booking Conditions
The reservation will be confirmed by the prepayment (10 days before the arrival date) of a deposit
of 30% of the estimated total amount (for a minimum stay of 2 nights).
Full prepayment is required for a one-night stay.
Conditions of Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable (except *) in case of cancellation:
- 3 days or less before the date of arrival for low season stays
- 6 days or less before the date of arrival for high season stays
The total payment of the stay initially booked will be due in case of early departure or no show.
* Any deposits received may be deferred in the event of a cancellation related to health restriction measures due to “Covid-19” (ask us for terms and conditions).
